Dr. Loie Tallat Goronfolah is a Consultant, Pediatrics allergology  and immunology at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital.

Studies

Dr. Loie Tallat Goronfolah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medical and Surgery (M.B.B.CH) from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 1998. In 2004, He also obtained a Saudi Specialty certificate in pediatrics and a Jordanian board in Pediatrics from KAMC-WR .

Dr. Loie Tallat Goronfolah then pursued various fellowships at McMaster University in Canada, including a fellowship in Allergy &Clinical Immunology in 2007, a fellowship in Molecular Immunology in 2008, and a fellowship in Tissue Typing& Histocompatibility in 2009. In addition to his fellowships, he obtained a Health Care Leadership & Management Diploma from the Ontario Hospital Association in Toronto, Canada, in 2009.

Work Experience

Dr. Loie Tallat Goronfolah worked as a Pediatrics Consultant from 2010 onwards at at KAMC-NGHA - W.R in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He had held a range of leadership positions in the Pediatrics department between 2011 and 2017. Specifically, Dr. Loie Tallat Goronfolah  served as the Pediatric QI committee Chair between 2011 and 2015 and Medication Safety Program Chair between 2013 and 2017 and as the deputy RTP director for Pediatrics from 2012 to 2014. He also held the position of Pediatric Residency Training Program director from 2014 to 2017.  He also worked as the CANMED Champion in the department of Pediatrics from 2011 to 2015.
