I cannot book an appointment as the slots are occupied; how can I get an appointment?

Unfortunately, you cannot make an appointment. However, all our physicians accept walk-ins at their clinics, so you can attend the same day for your consultation.

How can I book an appointment?

How can I know the prices?

If you have questions about outpatient services, please ask our receptionists. For inpatient services, you can speak with the admission officers.

How can I get an estimated price of my procedure?

The admission office will provide the estimate and contact you.

Do I need an appointment to perform my Pre-op required tests?

Yes, it’s easy and can even be done with a same-dayappointment.

Will I receive my signed consent?

You have the right to request any signed document, as it is stored in your file at Fakeeh.

If I need to refill my medication, do you have an online service?

Sure! We even deliver medications to your home for free.

What are the required documents during the admission process?

Please bring your ID or iqama and sign the admission and financial consents.

Do you arrange a transportation during the discharge?

For cases that require an ambulance or special assistance, we are happy to help

What if I don’t want to sign the consent form?

Admission consents are a legal agreement between you and the hospital that reserves the rights of both parties, and it is mandatory.

What are the insurance companies you accept?

BUPA, Taawnia, TCS, medgulf , Enaya, Takaful Alrajhi,,globemed, international insurances and the governmental referrals for emergent and elective cases.

I don’t have a companion; would I receive extra attention?  

Sure, its Fakeeh commitment to dedicate extra care for special need patients including our patients with no companion.

If my insurance limit is finished during my stay, do you offer a payment plan?

Our social workers are always available to provide support, including issuing cost reports and coordinating with internal and external parties that offer assistance.

What are the prohibited room decoration materials to avoid in your hospital?

 Sharp objects, flammables, glass and items higher than 120cm.

If I need any documents from medical report whom shall I contact?

Through the application, you can chose the requested services,  you can write your non-listed report on the comment box.

How can I reactivate my file?

Update your information in any reception.

Neither Arabic nor English are my preferred language, are translators provided?

Yes, kindly request an interpreter we have speakers for various languages.

Fakeeh Hospital is a quite large, how do I find my way around?

There are signs in all elevators and reception areas indicating the locations. Additionally, all Fakeeh staff will be happy to assist you.

Are there prayer rooms and ablution facilities?

At Fakeeh, we believe that your needs are important. Spiritual needs play a major role in your journey, so we provide prayer rooms in the OPD, a mosque in our parking area, and prayer mats and Tayammum kits in your rooms.

Do you have an exclusive area for the kids to stay while I finish my appointments?

There is a play and activity area in the OPD for your kids, designed with the highest safety standards

Is there a Cafeteria in your facility?

We are proud to offer a modern cafeteria with a Western-style menu, as well as an Eastern kitchen that serves a variety of cultural dishes, all ready to serve you.

Why do I have to download the application, are there benefits?

Sure, you will have easier access to manage your appointments, receive updates about your investigation results and imaging reports, download your medical reports and sick leave, and access Morafiq.
