Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Complies with national Saudi Arabian local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

- Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
- Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree accounting, or finance.
Experience: 2 - 3 experience in corporates accounting
Language: Arabic / English
Required Licenses: SOCPA Certificate.
