· Conduct a comprehensive range of diagnostic tests and procedures, encompassing a variety of medical assessments such as gynecological evaluations, pap smears,insertion ofIntrauterine Contraceptive Devices (IUCDs), prostate assessments, musculoskeletal evaluations, neurological assessments, and hearing assessments.
· Conduct regular check-ups,perform tests, and interpret test results to identify health issues in accordance with evidence-based practice.
· Analyse accumulated health information and collects additional observational,interview, historical,physical examination, and diagnostic data, modifying wellness plan appropriate.
· Provide counseling and education to clients on health behaviors, treatment options,self-care skills,and preventative measures.
· Develop wellness plans thatare personalized for each client, focusing on physical health, mental well-being, dietary health, and exercise.
· Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic client care.
· Follow up with clients toensure effective treatment and counsel them on any changes or progress in their health conditions.
· Have a working knowledge ofICD10 coding and managed care.
· Maintain client’s records in a timely and accurate manner,
· Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare, including demonstrativeness, disease treatments,wellness nutrition, and exercise recommendations.
· Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliationsto stay up-to-datewith the developments in family medicine and wellness-focused care.
· Partake in community outreach and education programs designed to promote wellness and prevent diseases.
· Adhere to Wellness policies, procedures, practices, and standards. Provide feedback and participate in efforts to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
· Participate in formulating,interpreting, implementing, and evaluating objectives,programs, processes, and procedures.
· Work as an integral part ofthe wellness program clinical team
· Be flexible to work between different sites.
· Possess a valid Saudi Board certification or North American Board certification in Family Medicine.
· Have a minimum of five years ofpost-qualification experience as a practicing Family Physician.
· Registered and in good standing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
· Classified as a consultant in the field of Family Medicine
· Possessextensive knowledge and experience in providing preventive healthcare services,including regular screenings, immunizations, and health promotion activities.
· Demonstratethe ability to accurately assess clients' vaccination requirements based onclient risk factors, medical history, and current guidelines.
· Havereceived specialized training and possess the confidence to effectively assistclients in quitting smoking through evidence-based techniques and counselling.
· Skilled inoffering appropriate and confident guidance to clients regarding lifestylemodifications, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthyhabits, to promote overall well-being.
· Possessthe necessary knowledge and skills to screen and identify potential psychiatricconditions, enabling timely referral, intervention, or appropriate managementof clients' mental health needs.
· Exhibitexcellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provideclear and concise guidance on preventative services, vaccinationrecommendations, smoking cessation, lifestyle modifications, and mental healthscreening.
· Displaycommitment to stay updated with current medical knowledge, including guidelinesfor preventive care, vaccinations, smoking cessation strategies, lifestylemodification techniques, and psychiatric screening tools.
· Demonstratea caring and empathetic approach when working with clients, fostering trust andrapport to effectively address their preventive care needs and mentalwell-being.
