Fleet Maintenance Manager

  • Set-up and maintain the Preventative Maintenance (PM) system
  • Coordinate all PM's timing throughout the company
  • Purchase and Track all Spare parts
  • Follow up on pending vehicles fixations in workshop
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Oversee Environmental Health and Safety program (EH&S)
  • Plant Layout
  • Update and maintains information in records systems and department databases
  • Maintain adequate supplies and equipment for the maintenance department.
  • Train and develop maintenance personnel to install mechanical parts on-site
  • Complete all necessary reports and records related to the department as required.
  • Adhere to corporate procedures and systems, e.g., "systems for preventative maintenance", "maintenance requisitions", scheduled work and continued quality improvement/risk management programs.
  • Initiate safety concerns and makes judgment on the best methods of completing tasks.
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Responsible for planning to deploy and ship vehicles between cities.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

Other Skills

  • Ticketing system experience
  • Experience setting up and maintaining a full Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program
  • Mechanical/electrical capacity as a technician and or Supervision
  • Ability to train current and future Maintenance personnel
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.) and email.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Bachelor or Diploma
  • Experience: Five plus years of Leadership and Supervision of Maintenance Personnel
  • Language: English, Arabic
  • Required Licenses: Saudi Council of Engineers
