Set-up and maintain the Preventative Maintenance (PM) system
Coordinate all PM's timing throughout the company
Purchase and Track all Spare parts
Follow up on pending vehicles fixations in workshop
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Oversee Environmental Health and Safety program (EH&S)
Plant Layout
Update and maintains information in records systems and department databases
Maintain adequate supplies and equipment for the maintenance department.
Train and develop maintenance personnel to install mechanical parts on-site
Complete all necessary reports and records related to the department as required.
Adhere to corporate procedures and systems, e.g., "systems for preventative maintenance", "maintenance requisitions", scheduled work and continued quality improvement/risk management programs.
Initiate safety concerns and makes judgment on the best methods of completing tasks.
Prepare monthly reports
Responsible for planning to deploy and ship vehicles between cities.
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
Other Skills
Ticketing system experience
Experience setting up and maintaining a full Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program
Mechanical/electrical capacity as a technician and or Supervision
Ability to train current and future Maintenance personnel
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.) and email.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Bachelor or Diploma
Experience: Five plus years of Leadership and Supervision of Maintenance Personnel
