Dr. Amr Riad Shaban Riad is a registrar, ICU at DSFH .
He graduated from Cairo University Faculty of Medicine with a bachelor’s degree in medicine in 2008 and a master’s degree in critical care medicine in 2018
Dr. Amr has over 10 years of experience in the field of intensive care, working as a house officer at Kasr Aini Hospital in Cairo, a general practitioner at the Ministry of Health, a resident of ICU at the Ministry of Health in Giza, and a registrar of ICU at the Ministry of Health Hospitals since 2018. He has gained valuable skills and knowledge in managing various critical care cases and providing quality care to patients.
Dr. Amr provides services such as basic and advanced life support, management of critical care cases such as sepsis, shock, respiratory failure and cardiac arrest, admission in ICU for critical care patients who need mechanical ventilation or hemodynamic monitoring, central access for intravenous fluids and medications, and round on ICU cases to assess their condition and plan their treatment. He follows the latest guidelines and protocols in his practice and ensures compliance with the quality standards and regulations.
