Dr.Ahmed works as a consultant, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology at Dr.Soliman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH). He practices various procedures under his unit such as colposcopy, minimal invasive surgery, gynecological tumors, placenta accreta, endometriosis and advanced gynecological surgeries.
Dr.Ahmed started his Higher Academic Journey in King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah graduating in 2004 with a bachelor degree in medicine and surgery. Then he completed five years residency training at McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 2010 and certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Following that, he completed a three years fellowship training in Gynecology Oncology at University of Montreal in Montreal, Canada in 2013 and obtained subspecialty certification in gynecology oncology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2012. Moreover, he completed a Master degree in biomedical science at University of Montreal, Canada in 2015.
Dr.Ahmad’s career was initiated in Canada during the year 2013 for one year serving as a consultant at Hospital Du Centre-De-La-Mauricie. In 2014 he, continued as a consultant gynecology oncology in Segal Cancer Center, a McGill University affiliated hospital. Dr.Ahmad has been working since 2015 as an assistant professor in the gynecology oncology department of King Abdulaziz University.
