Dr. Hassan M Latifah is a consultant, Obstetrics and Gynecology at DSFH. He has 19 years of experience in treating women with gynecologic cancers and performing robotic surgery.
Dr. Latifah obtained his MBBS degree from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, KSA, in 1994.
He then completed his Canadian Board in Obstetrics and Gynecology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, in 2004.
He further specialized in gynecologic oncology at The Ottawa University in Ottawa, Canada, from 2008 to 2010.
He is a member of the Intuitive Surgery Society and a console surgeon for robotic surgery since 2018.
Before joining King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in 2011, Dr. Latifah worked as a consultant at Saudi Aramco Health Center in Dhahran, KSA, from 2004 to 2011.
He is responsible for updating patient medical records, prescribing appropriate medications, informing patients of possible complications and risks, and ensuring effective care programs.
He also supervises and evaluates the team of medical assistants working under him.
