A team from Planetree will be visiting on

February 8 – 11, 2026

We invited the Planetree team here to evaluate how well this organization meets international standards for excellence in person-centered care. This is a way of delivering healthcare in ways that meets both your medical needs AND your human needs.

The only way for the Planetree team to know how well we are meeting your needs is to hear directly from you – our patients, family caregivers, community members and staff.

During the visit, you may be approached by the Planetree team. If you are comfortable sharing, please take the time to answer their questions honestly. They will be interested in what goes well and where you think we can improve.

Your comments will be kept anonymous and will be shared with the organization aspart of a larger report of findings. If you are not comfortable participating in this process, that’s okay too!

Written Public Comment Period

January 25,2026 – February 18, 2026

We also invite anyone who has had an experience at our organization to reach out directly to the Planetree team during a 4-week public comment period. Please follow these guidelines to participate in the public comment period:

• Comments must be provided in writing.
• Indicate the full name of the organization you are writing about, including the city, state and country.
• Comments can address any aspect of your care or work experience.
• All comments will be kept confidential.
• Comments may be submitted via online form, via email or through the mail, but must be received by the final date of the public comment period.
