To maintain the entire elevators in good condition and normal operation at all times.  Rescues passengers in case of power failure and reports all technical problems and difficulties to the Elevator Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assigned for daily repair and test work for elevators.
• Aware of load demand and circuit breaker ratings for elevators
• Diagnose the main causes of problems from the elevators.
• Monitoring the elevators system and all other day to day routine works
• Daily activity and major problems found to be reported to Electrical Supervisor
• Any emergency and urgent matter must take immediate action
• Maintaining all the push button and manual operation in good condition
• Should make technical report for all maintenance problems
• Report first to Electrical supervisor for any troubleshooting for all building elevators
• Should endorse to outside company if there are any technical problems required to fix.
• Perform troubleshooting to all required equipment and machines which is related to his job.
• Follow the instructions given which is ordered by the Electrical Manager.
• Maintain his tools and test equipment levels.
• Maintain safe working practice codes
• Follow PPM execution of the elevator service maintenance company.
• Follow any repair or renovation work executed by the elevator company.
• Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have Technical college certificate in Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years as technician
• Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic
• Saudi Council of Engineers Certificate
