Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all medical functions within our  ambulatory care centers.
• Lead population health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Conduct medical evaluations of all physicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage a range of tasks related to medical administration, upholding the highest standards of medical practice and patient care.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of DSFMC and the Chief Medical Officer of DSFH, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Consultant Family Physician
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a medical setting.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and inspiring a diverse team.
