• In addition to getting the diploma de formation medicale specialist (DFMSP) from the free University of Brussels (ULB), Brussels, Belgium in 2011.
• Dr. Marlene also obtained the MRCOG 1 from Royal College of OB-Gyne in 2016 and the MRCOG 2 from Royal College of OB-Gyne in 2017.

• Dr. Marlene has worked as senior registrar in the department of OB-Gyne at Riyadh National Hospital, Riyadh, KSA from 2012 to 2014.
• Then worked as a consultant in the department of OB-Gyne at Habib Medical Group, Qassim, KSA from 2014 to 2018.
