Mai Fakeeh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the hospital. With nearly a decade of experience within the Fakeeh Care network, Mai has played a key role in strategic implementation, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading expansion initiatives.
Her journey with Fakeeh Care began in 2014 as an Investment Officer, where she focused on resource optimization and strategic growth initiatives. She later transitioned into the role of Duty Manager for Building 7 at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital, where she was directly involved in the commissioning of the building. She was active in coordinating multi-department workflows and ensuring an efficient commissioning process. This role provided her with a deep understanding of facility operations, service integration, and patient flow management.
In 2017, Mai was appointed CEO of Fakeeh Complementary Healthcare Company, where she expanded the company’s portfolio of medical supplies and devices from one company to multiple business lines with several partnerships. Ensuring operational alignment across procurement, distribution, and sales and marketing, she also led the expansion and operational standardization of Fakeeh Vision, transforming it from a single-location service into a structured, scalable optical retail brand with 24 leased stores as of today.
As the COO of Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital Jeddah, Mai will concentrate on improving operational efficiency, optimizing patient services, and leading strategic growth initiatives.
